CaloryTech designs, manufactures and sells patented innovative thermal management solutions for Lithium-ion batteries (for all cell geometries i.e. Cylindrical or Prismatic or Pouch cells) and electronics cooling applications incorporating its innovative technology GrafX™ and other patent-pending Thermal Management Technology “Flex GrafX™” for Portable Electronic devices such as tablets, smartphones, electronic components in thickness ranging from (0.2mm – 2mm).
Our first customer (one of the leading Lithium-ion battery and 2-Wheeler EV manufacturer) has successfully passed AIS-156 (Phase-2, Amendment 3) Certification testing using CaloryTech’s GrafX in their Lithium Batteries, testing included Thermal Propagation Test. They’re set to start commercial production in May 2024.
CaloryTech sells GrafX as a standalone product for use in batteries to Battery Manufacturers, 2-wheeler & 3-wheeler EV (Electric Vehicle) Manufacturers, Drones and VTOL (Vertical Take-off and Landing vehicles) Manufacturers as well as ESS (Energy Storage Systems) and UPS Manufacturers.
Furthermore, CaloryTech designs best-in-class Lithium-ion Batteries with superior thermal management incorporating it’s innovative GrafX technology for various applications ranging from EVs, ESS, Drones, VTOLs, to Portable devices across a wide range of industries. CaloryTech has established strategic relationships with battery contract manufacturers in Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Chennai to serve our customers across India, at very competitive rates.
Siddique Khateeb is Founder, Managing Director, and CTO of CaloryTech Innovation Pvt Ltd. Siddique graduated with M.S. Chemical Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, USA in 2004 and M.S. Management – Technology and Entrepreneurship from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Hartford, USA in 2010. He has more than 16 years industrial experience in research, technology and product development, manufacturing of batteries and fuel cells products in USA.
Siddique has published more than 15 technical papers in leading journals related to Lithium-ion batteries thermal management, Fuel Cells; he has been granted 6 US patents and 4 US patents pending and has extensive experience working in start-ups and Fortune 100 companies.
